Change Manager (m/w/d)
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team and lead change initiatives during our business transformation. Job Overview:
As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding our organization through complex business transformations. You will work closely with leadership, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and tools while nurturing a culture that embraces change and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for business transformation initiatives, including system implementations, process improvements, and cultural change.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to build buy-in and support for change efforts.
- Communication: Develop and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed about changes, progress, and the benefits of transformation.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to build the skills and knowledge required to adopt new systems and tools effectively.
- Culture Transformation: Lead efforts to assess and reshape organizational culture to one that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change through coaching, feedback, and creating a safe space for employees to express concerns.
- Change Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of changes.
- Skills Assessment: Evaluate the organization's change readiness and identify skills gaps related to change management. Develop and implement strategies to address these gaps.
- Change Network: Build and support a network of change agents and champions throughout the organization to drive change at the grassroots level.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine change management strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management roles, particularly in business transformation initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and practices.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and experience in culture change efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
