Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the solar business strategy and growth initiatives in European markets.
• Close high-value deals and identify new market opportunities.
• Navigate government policies, regulations, and incentives related to solar energy.
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leadership roles within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the related country solar markets and government regulations.
• Expertise in business development and successful deal-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English and German.
