Process Mining Consultant (m/w/d)
As an Interim Process Mining Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in introducing process mining to our customer's organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing the process mining solution, training team members, and collaborating with them to identify and implement process improvements to enhance stability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mining Integration: Lead the integration of a process mining solution into the customer's organization, ensuring data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities are effectively set up.
- Process Discovery: Use process mining techniques to analyze and document core business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Team Training: Provide training sessions to teams and stakeholders on the use of the process mining tool and interpretation of results.
- Data Analysis: Analyze process data to uncover insights, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvement solutions aimed at increasing stability and reliability.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Establish monitoring mechanisms to continuously track process performance and generate regular reports for management.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of process mining findings, improvement initiatives, and training materials.
- Knowledge Transfer: Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams so that they can continue to leverage process mining after your interim period.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer's teams and stakeholders to align process improvements with organizational goals and objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on process mining trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in process mining, including implementation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of process mining tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in at least one well-known process mining tool, such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Disco, or others.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
