As a Mobile Application Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes for our sales organization through the development and enhancement of mobile applications. You'll focus on improving the customer journey and increasing sales success by leveraging your expertise in mobile app development and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications tailored to the needs of the sales organization.
• Customer Journey Enhancement: Analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement through mobile app features and functionalities.
• Sales Success Optimization: Develop mobile app solutions to enhance sales effectiveness, including lead management, customer engagement, and sales tracking features.
• User Experience Design: Create captivating designs and intuitive interfaces to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Cross-Platform Development: Ensure mobile applications work seamlessly across iOS and Android platforms using cross-platform development frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile app development and incorporate innovative technologies and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align mobile app initiatives with business objectives and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in mobile app development, with expertise in Kotlin for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS.
• Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
• Experience in optimizing business processes through mobile applications, particularly in sales and customer engagement contexts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and app development.
