AI Specialist for Customer Service eCommerce (m/w/d)
Tasks:

AI Chat Integration:
- Design and implement AI-driven chatbots to handle customer inquiries and provide instant responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, customer service representatives, and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) Solutions:
- Develop and fine-tune NLP models to understand and interpret customer queries accurately, enabling the chatbot to respond intelligently and contextually.
- Continuously improve NLP algorithms by analyzing customer interactions and incorporating user feedback.
- Knowledge Base Enhancement:
- Utilize AI algorithms to optimize the company's knowledge base, making it more accessible and user-friendly for customers to find relevant information easily.
- Implement content recommendations and context-sensitive help to assist customers in finding accurate answers quickly.

Order Status Updates:
- Implement an AI-driven system to proactively notify customers about their order status and delivery updates, reducing the need for manual customer inquiries.

Continuous Monitoring and Improvement:
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI-powered solutions regularly.
- Identify areas for improvement and work on enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of AI systems over time.

Customer Experience Optimization:
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to identify pain points and areas of customer service that can be further improved using AI technology.
- Suggest and implement new AI-driven features to enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with customer service teams to provide training on using AI tools effectively.
- Share insights and best practices to ensure a smooth transition to AI-enhanced customer service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, recommending new tools or technologies to improve customer service.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with AI technologies, including chatbots, NLP, and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and customer experience enhancement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Prior experience in implementing AI solutions for customer service in an eCommerce or similar industry is a plus.
