Marketing Automation Specialist eCommerce (m/w/d)
A tech-savvy and analytical professional responsible for leveraging digital marketing automation tools and strategies to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize marketing automation campaigns: Create, deploy, and monitor automated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and website.
- Lead nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the marketing funnel and convert them into customers.
- Data analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Your Profile:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms: Demonstrated expertise in using various marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
- Technical acumen: Solid understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, lead scoring, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Marketing knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Automation expertise: Skilled in setting up and executing automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
- Email marketing: Experience in creating and optimizing email campaigns, A/B testing, and segmenting email lists for personalized messaging.
- Lead generation and nurturing: Proficient in designing and implementing lead capture forms, landing pages, and lead scoring models to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
- Integration skills: Knowledge of integrating marketing automation platforms with other systems like CRM, CMS, and e-commerce platforms for seamless data flow.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation processes.
- Creativity: Capable of developing innovative automation strategies and personalized customer experiences.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and campaign updates.
