Company Description: We are currently seeking an Interim Service Order Management Agent for a global B2C company operating on a global e-commerce platform. This position is temporary and intended to support the company during a specific project or time frame. The company specializes in selling products worldwide, relying on global warehouses for shipping and offering pre-orders to its customers. We are looking for a candidate with experience in order management and strong administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of the order processing system during this interim period.
Position Overview: As an Interim Service Order Management Agent, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the order management process, ensuring that all customer orders and pre-orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with various teams to address any issues that may arise and maintain the high standards of customer satisfaction that the company is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders received through the global e-commerce platform, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness.
- Pre-Order Management: Manage pre-orders, ensuring timely product releases and deliveries to customers.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor global warehouse inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, collaborating with the warehouse team for inventory optimization.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
- Customer Communication: Communicate order status, delays, and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer support, to resolve order-related issues and enhance order management processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze order data and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Proactively suggest process improvements to streamline the order management workflow.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in order management, e-commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
