Senior Business Process Manager (m/w/d)
As an Interim Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating our current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that optimize our operations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure that our organization operates at its highest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Process Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
- Redesign and Optimization: Lead the redesign and optimization of business processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Process Mining: Utilize process mining tools, such as Zylionis, to gain insights into our processes, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Change Management: Work with teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, including change management strategies and training.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, changes, and improvements to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to align process improvements with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of process methodologies and tools, including process mapping, Six Sigma, Lean, and process mining (experience with Zylionis or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with change management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
