Job Overview:
As a Process Automation and Workflow Engine Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows to streamline our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process automation opportunities, select the appropriate tools and technologies, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Collaborate with business units to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Workflow Design: Design and configure automated workflows using tools like TIM Solution or other workflow engines to standardize and optimize business processes.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of process automation technologies, including but not limited to BPMN, RPA, and workflow orchestration.
- Tool Selection: Evaluate and recommend the appropriate process automation tools and platforms to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Integrate workflow automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automated workflows, configurations, and changes.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of automated processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Process Automation Specialist, Workflow Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process automation methodologies and technologies.
- Experience with workflow engine tools like TIM Solution (knowledge of other tools is a plus).
- Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Solid understanding of integration techniques and API usage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Duration: This position is temporary and will align with the project timeline, lasting until the successful implementation of the ERP system. About 6-12 months.
